sounds like a calender shot
as is said before
Much can be said about the point counter point format, it does get things done when you are trying to pull a
f%^(90g ford pinto out of a snowbank....leave it there...shoot it...lets just flip it over a few times...don't shoot it, but if you do lets shoot the gas tank...let sandy try.....wait till spring, until then lets get some beer and wait. It's all fun, but.....CHILD PLEASE how can you call your self a Robby fan if all you can do is second guess and judge what he's doing or not doing. Do you wait in line at the track to see Robby (one of the few guys who does appear) and then get up there just to ream (the final cut on a close tolerance drill or bore that produces a nice finish by utilizing a thin cut) him out for not doing this or doing that...no. As a collective group if you want a aura that is positive then stay positive. It's bad enough I have to defend being a Robby Gordon fan to every tee-shirt wearing fair weather know nothing fan as it is without having a great community such as this bicker between ourselves. Keep in mind that I say this all in one breath and mostly all in fun, however nobody is more pissed off or feels pissed on more than me about having to go through this race as it played out the way it did and get that result. But in the end I am a Robby Gordon fan and a fan of his fans so lets all raise our glasses and asses and rise above it all because we all know the day is coming when he brings the number 7 home in victory and we can all say "WE TOLD YOU SO". So until then lets all stick it, stick together and stay put, suppose he came here one day on the plane to read this stuff and all he say was a bunch of his own fans saying he should have he could have, if you feel that way find a winding country dirt road out in the middle of nowhere and test your own Ba$%^lls to see what you are made of. Wish we could have went and raced the Battle at Prim. That would have cheered us all up with a win their. Gas on RG, good luck guys, nice and steady Ian.
dont lose the fait that easy boys, come on, we all know how nascrap works, looking at the practice results, well, hate to say but our boy will be some laps down very quick, hope not, either way ill be cheering for him, winning or loosing, just like when your get married, haha, cant wait for san felipe, see yahh ,.
I'm not going to argue about negativity or who's a "real fan" I pull for nobody else on the track but the 7 and we have argued about this crap for like 3 year on these sites. I am going to say something that has been repeated unfortunately before on this site. Give the new CC some time, see what happens. I think if he can use his engineering skills to get the cars right, that may be what it takes because we all know Robby is gonna pretty much call the shots from the seat (or that's how its seemed in the past) anyway. BUT we know he does it and we are still on here as fans! This years gonna be a ride, I just wanna see some success somewhere and get some sort of acknowledgement for it. If I win the lottery. RGM is winning something big!!! haha and whats this about a new H2???. what are peoples feelings about goint awd? or have any announcements been made about that? Gas on keep working hard guys, we'll keep supporting you!
Well said MIke. I get pissed but I want RGM to be successful. In my opinion when people don't care they don't give a shit. Off for a round af golf, then watching my son play soccer. Hope, have a great time, Everyone else I hope to join you on the chat aroung 5:00 EST.
played 9 here in shorts yesterday :)
How many members of this site own or run a nascar team?
it sounds like everybody. why dont we leave it to the guys with the experience and just enjoy the racing
I think most of you would be very suprised about how far off you can be from the pace, with just the smallest issue with the car. He will get better, they will take a big swing at before the start of the race and build adjustments into it. Think spring rubbers, and a balanced track bar.
Could it be that the cars stinks becuase originally RGM was not going to run Fonatana and thus did not have a car ready for it? Is he racing his Vegas car this weekend?
Not the same car for Vegas.
