TAKE A LAP WITH YOUR FAVORITE NASCAR DRIVER!

Looks like you can bid (minimum $500) to take a lap around certain tracks with your favorite driver. Robby is one of them.

They are currently taking bids for the Atlanta race. He is tied for 4th with Kasey Kahne behind Jeff, Jr & JJ. The rest have no bids.

It would be really cool to take a lap with Robby around Sonoma. It's a shame that Watkins Glen is not on the list. I think its pretty cool that Robby is the only one who has any bids other than the "poster boys" of NASCAR. I think some fans realize he might be the most fun to ride with out of any NASCAR driver. A ride through the desert in the Hummer or Trophy Truck would be pretty damn cool as well. I think that is obvious though. :)

Well at least I know he will be at both NH races.
If I have some extra cash in June. I will bid on it for sure.

Thank you for posting this. Not only is this a great opportunity, but it also gives an indicator on which races Robby planned on running before the season started. Things are a little different with the BAM alliance now, so I assume Robby is planning on running more races than these. But with a promotion like this they had to start planning early, most likely before the season started, when Robby only planned on running the 8-10 races he had sponsorship for.

I don't know that I would assume these are the races he is going to run. The dates/tracks are similar for most of the drivers. We have heard that Robby is working on something to run the Indy 500. So if that ends up working out, he wouldn't be able to do the Charlotte date.

This much is true. Perhaps Robby can set up something where he takes a lucky fan around the track at Indy in a Corvette or something similiar. Probably not the open-wheel car.. although someone who got strapped to the motor would be in for the ride of their life.
