I guess I consider pre-running with shock combinations just typical shock tuning... and a broken shock mount and wheel at laughin isn't something you are going to re-design and test but rather repair the mount and put on a new wheel... I am just splittin hairs with the "testing" verbage making small talk... RG sounded in the Torr radio radio interview like this truck isnt changing, but rather, just going to start to get driven to its potential now that he needs to chase down Andy Mac...
He has always had issues with fluid temp on his shocks. If he gets that down to a managible level the whoops at SF won't slow him down so much. It's better than adding more spring cuz then it won't effect the smooth portions of the course. Andy's truck has been flawless last year and is maybe due for some karma. Bottom line is, this is a great course for RG to pick up on his lacking 36 points. Lots of trucks means lots of points. If RG can get a top 3 and Andy finish out of the top 6 it will help. I'm sensing a win or break Baja 1000 for the 2010 Championship.
good luck will end soon for andy, to have a flawless race once is ok, the whole year " incredible" two years in a row, hmmm, ohps, first timer at san felipe for that truck, will see...

I have made the sf250/baja250 for the past 15 years, this one will be no exception, should be great! ,... I will be pre-spectating this saturday and then around rm30 for the race. How possible is it to spectate at rm30 ish and get down to old puertocitos road to catch the second wave with all the traffic such.. I have never tried to get to the southern loop before during the race..
notice this year andys been slippin a lil, high centered in 425 qual.almost rolled the truck (seen in a video)at the 425 and robbie pierce beet him on time on sunday at laughlin.so maybe his good luck is done.i think maybe he is getting a lil to cocky in his driving ability.imo!
The karma for the mcmillians may be broken, the got got cheeting at battle of primm last weekend in class 1600, also Robby is test 39 inch tirers on the tt.
