I wonder what folks think about  ole Horseface going two-faced again and dumping Brad's top 5 run.  He may have needed someone to show him what this stuff is all about, sure. My thought though is that if any number of drivers, ours included, had done the same thing 100+ laps down, he'd be sitting out Bristol.  What Carl did at 190+mph endangered not only Brad, but also the fans.  I thought it was a bit uncalled for.  Just curious what others think. SUSPEND CARL!

That's true.I just think people are going overboard on this. This forum was highly supportive of Robby last year in his incident. To throw Carl under the bus for doing basically the same thing is hypocritical.

I know Robby didn't intend to put Joey into the barrier that way. Carl didn't intend to put Bradley upside down either. If the car doesn't flip, it's not a big deal. But, you can never know for sure how a 3400lb machine will react to physics.
This just in...

Roger Penske to put Junior Miller in a 4th car at Bristol and Martinville. Sponsorship is a limited two race deal by Ducks Unlimited.
Carl will race at Bristol, but he shouldn't IMO. RG wouldn't be racing if he'd done the exact same thing. NASCAR needs to do something, but they painted themselves in a corner and are really in a no-win situation.
I stated it yesterday,I'll repeat it today.Brad Keselowski needs and will receive schooling.I wrote on the calender the day Penske announced BK as Stremmes replacement.BK will tear-up alot of cars, making Stremme look skilled. I missed on my prediction for BK's first schooling,Daytona.Live by the sword, die by the sword. The sooner BK learns the sooner Roger will have more cars in inventory! Oh? Where was the outrage when BK put Horsey into the fence ( and HURTING fans) at Talladega? Or are we a bunch of Hypocrites?
!
Big difference when 2 cars are racing for the win and one tries to block and the other doesn't back down versus a 100+ lap down car chasing down a top five car for the purpose of wiping it out. I don't like it when drivers use their cars as weapons with the purpose of wrecking another's car, as opposed to driving aggressively. Carl isn't the cleanest racer either, in spite of the image he tries to project. I wish they would just fight it out after the race; Carl could have given him a knuckle sandwich and be done with it! A black eye and broken nose would give something for Brad to think about and would probably serve a better lesson.
The only thing wrong about a good ass whipping and helping someone to the fence is Johnny Law.Punch someone know you face assault charges.Huge difference. On to other subjects.
Not a fan of either driver, particularly BK. I was at the Homestead nationwide race when Hamlin and Kez shook it up. Hamlin got a standing O from the crowd. Bet Edwards thought he would get the same response. It was the end of the race and another 4 laps down wouldn't make a difference to him at that point already back so far. Difference is Carl didn't have the same results as Denny. Not enough talent to merely spin and not flip him. Not enough brains to realize how track speed would play into it. True that he wouldn't have flipped had he waited for Bristol, but more cars would have gotten caught up in the melee. I might have been more angry if it was a different driver he flipped. Racing karma, Kez reaps what he sows.
BK didn't give Carl room in turn 1 early in the race and it cost Carl. For him to come back from an unintentional wreck and take out BK is flat out wrong. I'm sure Carl thought, "OH SH!T, dude, I didn't mean to do THAT!" and now it has caught the eye of everyone. If NASCAR doesn't suspend Carl the same way the suspended Robby and Harvick years ago, then there is a real problem. Carl didn't intend to flip BK, but what if he killed him or anyone in the stands? I punish my kids if they do something that could be potentially harmful. NASCAR should take the same stance.

This whole thing would make for a good commercial though..."If you are insured by Aflac, they will make your monthly payments for you if you injured at a NASCAR race from flying parts off a car that I spun out. If you didn't know that then you don't know Quack!"
