Will the BAM 49 car be testing also..It seams that it would be a good chance to get a couple more cars on the track...I hope Robby brings at least 2 cars but 4 would be alot better..

#49 is the #7 for the time being, so I would say no to that.
that's a shame. If it's an open test, RG should round up test drivers and try to get multiple cars on the track. Last year had serious promise on the intermediates, it'd be nice to see RG take a big advantage of the test to build on that.
Whatever his decision is, trust that it's a good one. He has been in the business a while.
Dave- thats all fine and dandy, but nascar does have rules with testing.
TOG do you have any info from the track..............
I asked Bob Pockrass from Scene Daily to take a few photos for us after the Pemberton meeting this afternoon. Robby just sent a few from the track via twitter
7 x 7 = 49
per the pictures - looks like RGM has two diff cars for the test.
yup. They brought 2 cars, and thats all they could bring, so RG is making the most out of this session.
RCR has 8 cars at the track, with 3 teams. RGM/BAM could have very easily brought out the #49, even Brawn has two cars at the track and they haven't run a race yet.
Testing this spoiler will benefit all but lets face it there has been not much of a drop off with the big three. I really hope that the "personnel we have brought on board" stick around. That will validate and put value to any testing we do. I'm pretty stoked about Larry Carter and the "future".
Is RCR running a 4th car at later races this year ? I know Braun is running a few cup races this year, so no surprise there. The #49/#7 are considered the same. I doubt the #49 will even run again in 2010,only as the #7. Glad that RG has 2 cars there.
