Robby Gordon Martinsville Preview

Charlotte, NC (March 25, 2010) – The No. 7 Warner Music Nashville / Blake Shelton Camry speeds into Martinsville Speedway this weekend with high hopes after recording a season-best finish of 22nd at Bristol Motor Speedway last week. After an unlucky start to the 2010 season, the team looks forward to the challenge of recording another strong finish at the 0.526-mile short track to obtain a spot within the top-35 Sprint Cup Series owners’ points.

Robby’s Thoughts – “Martinsville Speedway is different from any other track on the Sprint Cup circuit,” commented Gordon. “Its tight corners and flat banking present a whole different set of challenges from every other short track that we visit. Not only is it a tough track on the driver, but it’s also hard on equipment. I’m confident in my team’s ability, and I’m sure that they built the Warner Music Nashville / Blake Shelton Toyota Camry to the challenges of Martinsville.”

A perfect storm would be great!
By perfect storm, you must mean a 42 car pile up in turn 3 while RG is coming off pitroad.
That'd work.
Yes.
Check your math on that Zoom....Spots 11-43 are all staggered in 3 point increments...we are 9 down to the 37....thats 3 positions to tie him, but we would be the 35th place car based on having the best finish of the year so far (22nd).

and I am pretty sure the 26 only has to beat us by 2 positions to pass us....
starting 37 is prob better than 36, 37 puts us on the inside row
The 26 won in 09 also. So make that starting spot 38
Ooooh my bad
Sponsor Schedule Update, Warner Music on again at Phoenix and then Monster at Texas
find out sunday
It's very important to not wheel hop-it on entry.(too much rear brake bias) Robby control's the bias knob.
10 min in...37 cars have taken laps....not us yet...
