Robby Gordon Martinsville Preview

Charlotte, NC (March 25, 2010) – The No. 7 Warner Music Nashville / Blake Shelton Camry speeds into Martinsville Speedway this weekend with high hopes after recording a season-best finish of 22nd at Bristol Motor Speedway last week. After an unlucky start to the 2010 season, the team looks forward to the challenge of recording another strong finish at the 0.526-mile short track to obtain a spot within the top-35 Sprint Cup Series owners’ points.

Robby’s Thoughts – “Martinsville Speedway is different from any other track on the Sprint Cup circuit,” commented Gordon. “Its tight corners and flat banking present a whole different set of challenges from every other short track that we visit. Not only is it a tough track on the driver, but it’s also hard on equipment. I’m confident in my team’s ability, and I’m sure that they built the Warner Music Nashville / Blake Shelton Toyota Camry to the challenges of Martinsville.”

nice drift! not so nice for the car.
car looked ugly there on the tube.....sideways out of the corner
one more practice to hit on a set up and be competative for sunday
Just checking to see if my posts are getting through but to be honest I have to wonder what the race will be like i'm no fan of what i'm seeing.
I was hoping to see a few tenths of a gain from session #1 , at least dipping into the 19 sec bracket. Guess we have to chalk it up to this will always be the worst track for RG. After 2009 Mville races, just finishing the race will be a victory.
back out logging laps....thats a good thing car looks better
sickening....but great if you are a MM fan...I still wouldn't mind seeing MM win that first championship.
must be making some big adjustments for the next run
RG fans bought Jim Beam, etc,I wonder if any RG fans have bought Blake Shelton MP3's or CD's ?
back out getting some more laps in
got alittle better
almost hit the 19 sec bracket. They did improve it a little from the first practice.
