O-M-G! All afternoon I was thinking that he had +1 point lead over Travis after finishing 2 spots behind him, but... SOMEHOW it's saying that Kvapil led a lap!?!? I never saw that, and I was watching closely hoping Robby would do it :-/

And now there's rain in the forecast for Sunday...for the race that I'm planning to go to!

GEEZE! This is going to be a stressful week...

Rain in the forecast Saturday and Sunday.Do your rain dance for Friday (in the show without qualifying) If the weather comes in early,you won't have rebook your flight out Monday evening.

Qualifying is Saturday...and right now...forecast loooks like rain on and off all day Saturday. No doubt we get in regardless, but.......

Yep,current forecast would probably work to RGM's benefit.Full day of practice Friday ,rain out Staurday and pray the weather is raceable Sunday.

Does anyone else think it's rather sad that we are hoping for Qualifying to be rained out ? Think what it could be like if Robby were good at qualifying .

I know what you are saying...but "stuff happens"...and would ruin Sunday if Rob had an engine or tire problem during qualifying and missed the show.

Looking back , I guess I should have said that some are hoping for qualifying to be rained out . I think Robby does best when he knows his back is to the wall , and he has to get the job done . All we have to do now is wait for the weekend , and see what happens .

I hope it is b/c pit selection shouldn't be too important, and starting position shouldn't mean anything b/c Robby will probably drop to the back and play it safe for most most of the race anyway. For us all Saturday means is "in or out." If it rains, he is IN! :-)
