Well, It sure pissed me off at the time. lol
Main thing good result in the end.
alot were pissed it pretty much took him out of contention...came back with a top 20 avoided alot of wrecks load it up and get ready for sat night
maybe Nascar can take back the speeding penalty , in exchange for a 30th place finish......nah......take the 20 and run !
well ask them
Getting busted for speeding is part of the game.RG doesnt get nailed for speeding that much.
I think it was a conspiracy by Nascar to keep our guy down. Mr. Helton saw Robby had a good car and would finish well and he just couldn't have that. So they cooked up a speeding penalty. I just know that's what happened. Now where's my tin foil hat?

This is the first time Robby has gotten a speeding penalty in the pits so far this year right?
Good run today guys! glad were back in the top 35
With plate racing, you take your top 20 and get out of town fast.
thats it right there
Robby got back into the top 35th in owner's points, led a lap, finished top 20, and brought the car back in one piece. Sounds like a successful weekend to me. I hope Monster Energy was happy with the results this weekend, car got some good TV time. Robby, gas on to Richmond!!
I only saw the highlight when the 11 got loose and Robby about nailed him, did he have an in car camera, i tlooked cool from the view i saw. I will take the top 20 for every race, man he could have dnf with hamlin so he had some luck, also he was hanging out up high and could have got caught when the 24/31/84 wrecked.

so all in all, good day for the team, especially compared to the last several rp track races. Richmond will be the real test to see if this team can run back to back good races, Texas was a complete flop afterr his string Phoenix run, so this will be a good test for his team
Richmond is a key race,no question. Another top 20 finish can give him some breathing room for Darlington, which is a given wall magnet race ( for 90% of the teams ) Robby has run very well there before,so it's not all that bad.
