Has RGM issued any update on sponsorship and planned races? Initially RG said "part-time". Have things changed i.e. improved? Are they still looking at having to miss any dates?

that was a Jayski comment added, not a direct quote from Roger, but hopefully they stay in the sport as a sponsor.More companies that stay in the sport, the better.
When I was interning there in the marketing department, the one day someone from RGM ( I wont use names) saw that a sponsor was leaving a team. As soon as he saw that I was instructed to do a car for them. I believe the thinking was its always worth a shot, and with Robby Gordon you get exposure in areas other than Nascar as well.
Toyota and mobil have a joint technology development deal and rumors are that Mobile will in conjunction go to a toy team next season. Mobil 1 is now the official oil of TRD.
That explains why Penzoil went to Penske. Penske and Mobil 1 were together for years. Any idea if Mobil 1 will sponsor a Toyota team in the future? My money is on a Gibbs car.
I dont think ExxonMobil really has a huge international presence, however if they want that, no better way than with Robby Gordon.
A company like a BP (they could use Castrol in NASCAR, since i'm sure they couldnt use the actual BP brand to sell gasoline with Sunoco around, Chevron(Texaco) would probably be a better fit though globally. Especially if Chevron/Texaco wanted to get back into motorsports.
Its really too bad a company like Mapei left RGM, a great international company that really fit in with the global appeal of a Robby Gordon.
TOG, I was going to say ,you'll find it just below the word TOYOTA and above LINCOLN WELDERS on the B-pillar and on Robby's MONSTER driving suit, right sleeve just below MAC TOOLS.
