if there’s such a thing as fairness, Clint Bowyer will be suspended for Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Dover.

Bowyer and Denny Hamlin got together in a late-race accident that ended with Bowyer’s car and several others torn to pieces. Bowyer retaliated under caution, as you will see below:

Yeah, but it was great to watch the clip from Montreal again. RG smoked 'em those last three laps.
Bowyer for sure won't be suspended, and may not even get a points hit. Probably a 6 week probation.

If RG had done the same thing, he better be looking for Mikey to cover today's race...
Now that's funny Spotted Cow!!! LOL

BRR
Lost in the everything I have seen is, Hamlin pulled out to pass before the start/finish line. I beleive this is against the rules. So Clint was doing what the officials should have done. It was funny to see the guys from other teams after he got out of the car. They appeared to support his decision.
Bowyer spun his wheels on the restart. Passing rule goes out the door when somebody does not come up to speed on a restart.
I am sorry, I am a huge Robby fan(except when I am helping out another TT team in SCORE) but you guys have to take into account that the main reason Robby got suspended is probably because he failed to heed NASCAR instruction and failed to heed the black flag...If he had just, under caution, went out and wrecked Marcus, the suspension may not have happened...

all that being said, Robby's response is why I think we love Robby, pure emotion and heart in whatever he races...
FYI or FWIW... Bowyer was put on probation until June 16th for his doings on Saturday.
I was close! I said no points and 6 weeks probation. He only got 4.

Must be the rule is 4 weeks if you wreck someone and they stay on the ground, 6 weeks if you flip them, and 25 points for a piece of 2x4 in the door...
