Charlotte, NC (June 24, 2010) – Robby Gordon Motorsports will return to the track this weekend with their familiar No. 7 Toyota Camry, but an unfamiliar face will be behind the wheel. The 2000 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion, Bobby Labonte, will pilot the No. 7 SpeedFactory.TV Toyota Camry at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Sunday’s race will mark the 599th career start for Bobby Labonte and his first for Robby Gordon Motorsports.

Bobby’s Remarks – “I am excited for this weekend. Robby's program has really turned around the past 6-8 weeks. I have seen it both in the garage area and on the race track. There is no doubt that Robby has some of the nicest race cars and equipment in the garage, so I am really look forward to driving his car this weekend. Robby finishing second last weekend was great for the RGM team, and I definitely think that this is something that we can build on at Loudon.”

Robby’s Thoughts – “To be able to put Bobby, a past champion, in this weekend at Loudon is a great opportunity for our organization. I am really excited that we were able to make this happen. I hope that we can get him a result that he is proud of, but I am also eager to have him drive one of my cars and give me his opinion of the race team. All in all, I think that this weekend and the information that we will learn will be very valuable to our race team and will help make Robby Gordon Motorsports even better.”

Labonte at Loudon – Bobby Labonte is one of the most experienced drivers at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. In fact, he is one of just four drivers to have made a record 30 starts at the mile-long track. Labonte has achieved several finishes inside the top five, and has both an average start and finish inside the top fifteen. In his thirty starts, Labonte has completed more than 8,600 circuits around New Hampshire Motor Speedway and has completed nearly 98% of all laps he has attempted.
