2010 Chicagoland 400 Race Info & Discussion

Join in here and discuss all the weekend action for the 2010 Chicagoland 400 cup race.Robby Gordon will drive the #7 Mapei/Menards Toyota.This weekend's schedule is somewhat different,as all practice & qualifying will be held in one day,and the race the following evening.Here is schedule for RGM at the Illinois track.

FRIDAY , JULY 9th

Practice           12:30pm - 2:00 pm/et   ( 42nd Quickest )
Practice 2          3:15pm - 4:00 pm/et   ( 30th Quickest )

Practice Live Leaderboard

FRIDAY , JULY 9th

Qualifying           6:00pm - 8:00 pm/et   ( Starting 38th )

SATURDAY , JULY 10th

Raceday           7:00 pm/et , greenflag at 7:46 pm/et ( TV - TNT )

My analysis - Robby had a terrible night, Lance Armstrong had a terrible day, and I broke a string in the middle of a very exposed solo in front of 20,000+ last night. That's entertainment, this week sucked, next week will be better!

Maybe you could make a deal with Robby and get the ~~Chicago~~ Joliet car for the next Lemons confligration...after all, it isn't worth much more than $500 right now

The car didn't cut it but we already heard that from the Boss and read it here. The real problem is RGM still can't get a handle on the setups for the Intermediate Tracks. The good news is that next week we are running Indy which doesn't use the Intermediate Setup and the Team tested there at Goodyear's tire test. So we should get a top 25 finish.

Tuff break for the 7 team, Not much he could have done, 21 should have slid on down the track more, but it didn't happen. On to Indy, and a top 25. Robby should stay out and lead some laps,
Seems like I read somewhere every lap lead is $400.00 dollars a lap.
