According to ESPN, tons of rumors were circulating at Indy...

Budweiser to sponsor Harvick (announcement at Watkins Glen possible)

Mobil 1 likely to Stewart-Haas (Khane? or Team sponsor for Newman and Stewart)

Menard to RCR (Depends on RPM's outlook for 2011)

AJ leaving RPM (to Penkse?)

RPM going from 4 teams to possibly 2 or 1? (Waiting on AJ & Best Buy decisions)

Bud to Harvick - old news
Menard to RCR - no surprise
AJ leaving RPM - duh.
AJ going to Penske - can't see it unless he brings a full time sponsor with him.
RPM cutting back to 2 cars - no surprise.
Bud to Harvick -old news, but with Khane still undecided, still newsworthy
Menard to RCR - No suprise...RPM seemed to think so, but can't blame Paul
AJ leaving RPM - duh...suprised he walked away from the only team willing to give him a shot!
AJ to Penske - sponsor with him is very likely...Best Buy
RPM- cutting back to 2 cars...could be just 1...Stanley Tools is the only sponsor signed yet for 2011(Gilliland or Kvapil)???
I cannot believe you watch as many races as you do Zoom, its Kasey KAHNE not Khane. lol and I read all this on Jayski
RPM is done - RGM steals the Valvoline involvement.
I like that Dave.lets run with it..........he can put Valvoline on the off road stuff for international exposure.......
Lots of RPM's sponsors still undecided for next year...the way to get them is take them for a little less...Best Buy (?), Valvoline (?) Mobil 1 (?) Garmin (?) Charter (?) Wix (?) Hunt Bros Pizza (?) Air Force (?) Reynolds Wrap (?) All these sponsored RPM as a primary...only Stanley Tools has a contract for 2011.

Air Force can only sign 1 year agreements and must accept all bids and take the lowest bid.
Ambrose is a sponsor magnet.
don't forget Berlin Auto Group...
Valvoline has a revolving door policy for sponsorship, they move around... They were in the #17 earlier this year.
The reports of RPM's demise are greatly exaggerated.

Marcos Ambrose is leaving JTG/Daugherty. Jenna Fryer says he's on the way to RPM.
Paul will stay as will AJ. Sadler? Who cares.
I agree, Marcos is a great guy with a winning personality, and as such should be able to attract sponsors. And the #9 gives him a better chance at wins than the #47 which should help his sponsorship chances as well. Any number of teams seem to be doing better this year, and Marcos should give RPM a chance to up their game as well.
Oh SNAP! Dave Moody reporting that according to "multiple" sources, that Marcos is headed to the #9 to replace Kasey! And he quoted someone from FORD racing saying Marcos will be back in a FORD next year. So much for the demise of RPM.
