Let me guess...they will fix tha car and it will run lap times as good as the leader, but he's 2 laps down and it won't matter now.

Your point? What do you offer to support that it isn't Walter's fault? Are you implying that Rob sets the car up a the shop and he is responsible for how it rolls off the trailer and the shock package, etc ?
