yes that is correct.
i dont post alot of times on here just want to share my thought. You can tell RGM lost what ever advantage they use to have at the roadies. At the start of the race he was loosing ground on the top 13 cars right away. I know they tested last week and ran 1.5 seconds quicker the second test, but seems to me the top guys are just much faster then RGM.

I know it takes alot of money to run faster, which I hope RGM gets soon as it seems to me that NASCAR might not be in RG future.

Any ways I will always root for RG in what ever he does, just hope one day we can see him run up front all the time in NASCAR. He is the only reason why I watch.
thats racing.Teams get better.Drivers get more experience.Tracks change. Robby did have a great pass on Jefferson early in the race. That was a nice highlight.
yeah we can tell, drivers are getting better teams are getting better on RCs of course we all still think he can win them, but its def much more tough now. I agree as most all of do though that we would love to see RG running up front all we can do is support
Complete buzz kill.
you can catch the buzz again at Montreal in a few weeks.
guess we will see when the entry list comes out.
...it was tough to say the least
But , as tough as it was for us , imagine how Robby and the team feel . A day like today is a tough one to take , to go from high hopes of a great race , to a 36th place finish . Talk about a bitter pill to swallow . This race is over , on to the next one .
I think he had a car that was easily a 6th-10th place car, from very early on he was getting a long brake pedal and the car was running at 240 on the water. I think that he was just riding in 12th or so until it was time to push it. Unfortunately when you lose 3rd gear on a roadcourse it is only a matter of time before 4th goes as well. The dog ring is between 3rd and 4th gear in the transmission. I do not think he would have had the brakes to get a top 5.

matt
Kind of felt like when Roberto Guerrero was on the pole at Indy and ran off course on the pace lap. Long race. At this point totally up for Dakar.
The good news is the camera didn't catch on fire. What a bummer of a day =(
