The ol "if" & "then" comment ? lol
Yep
NASCAR would NOT like that. If it is even possible.
I think its pretty safe to say that the #07 will unload in Q trim...lol...I am looking forward to go or go home qualifying.
So who gets the A car and who gets the B car?
WOW !! If you guys stood in a huge circle and all started talking you would sound just like a hen house on fire.
1) Robby will get the 07 in the show
2) PJ will put up a "I didn't crash" qualifying lap
3) Robby will switch cars and take the penalty
4) The 07 will park after whenever
5) Robby will exercise his gambling side
6) All of the above will see the 7 car with Robby driving in 28th position by lap 45

Those are all the FACTS you need. You see i've refined my life to the point of eliminating speculation and other folks observation and conjecture thus I have found a new freedom that allows me to.....alright those are my hopes based on what I want to "see happen". I'm taking on some folks word and belief that switching is okay but with some slap of some sort.
LOL
here's to getting 2 cars in the show and some $$$$$. the 7 car will run the race since that is the one that needs the points. a top 25 is the goal.

The answer I have gotter
Robby stated he's the only one he trusts
Without him the balloon goes bust
I should be at the race
what a disgrace

Bingo on the car color thing....

In the shop they took the 7 and put the number 07 on it .... and on the 07 car they took the 0 off it.........

The 7 just needs to make an attempt and start the race which it will start since it is locked in.....Robby will run the whole race in the 07 car which is really his 7 car just with a different number.......I don't think at this point Robby is worried abou7t the 7 falling out of the top 35 Robby is smart and has done the math...if he takes it to the track and starts the race it will not fall out of the top 35.....

PJ will start and park the 7

Robby will run the 07 the whole race

If the 07 doesn't qualify then Robby will run the 7

at this point it's not as much about points as it is about $...the points matter but the only way the 7 falls out of the top 35 is if Robby leaves it sitting int he shop
Why run the full race for a car that wont get any owners points?

I expect Robby to make the switch and jump in the #7 car to run the full race, while PJ s&p's the #07.
I think that would be inviting harsh scrutiny from NASCAR. If they tried that, I'd expect some sort of silly penalty, not to mention the backlash from the non-RG fanbase. Remember how p-o'd we were when FRM driver swaps contributed to the #7 falling out of the top 35? I don't think RGM needs the negative attention a stunt like that would draw.
