RGM is -53 points behind 34th

RGM is -82 points behind 33rd

RGM is -86 points behind 32nd

Updates:

I have silly question. What happens to the owner points for the 07 car? Can those points in some way be transferred to the 7 if needed to remain in the top 35? I was just wondering.
They can't be added to the #7 owners points. The #7 and #07 could switch completely, but that would leave the #7 out of the top 35.
Thanks. I just needed some clarification.
It makes sense if you think about it, otherwise Front row could put all three together and put Gilliland in the chase.
Question so can Robby qualify the 07 and kevin the 7 car and the change cars before the race, do they just go to the back of the field and keep the owner points? because what good is it if keven is racing the 7 and robby the 07 how is he going to make up the points to keep the 7 in the top 35?
That they could do, once at least. Starting at the back would be the current penalty. NASCAR would likely be pissed and put a quick stop to that, or make RGM's lives miserable at the track afterwards though.
Robby has been outside the Top 35 before, he's inside now! It's my opinion but, I think we will catch and pass the 71 team soon. The 26 and 38 won't qualify for every race.
nascar rule book section 9-4-D states a rookie driver may not compete in an event, whether in practice qualifying at the start of the race, or as a relief driver..therefore "swapping cars" would probably be construed as a "relief driver" I would think
That's exactly how Denny Hamlin got started in the #11. NASCAR's call though, and I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate that kind of driver swap. I actually wouldn't blame them either.
We were at the Atlanta race; it was painful to watch the #7. Even though the car was slow, it seems like Kevin's line through 3 and 4 is where he gives up the most time. He said his seat was not comfortable?? Can they get him out to practice somewhere during the week - or have him play lots of Nascar 09 (that seemed to help Carl).
Kevin can do whatever his budget allows him to do. As for the seat insert, it was NEW, customized for Kevin, and it just needed a race under it's belt to fine tune for maximum comfort level.Kevin will explain the who/where/what/why of his discomfort in the seat, and RGM will make the needed adjustments.
Unfortunately, practicing on a playstation won't help with the seats or seat mounting.Driving in someone else's seat sucks,I've alway thought it is the DRIVER's responsability for there own seat and how/position it's mounted.Mine are built by Butler Built for me and I have mounting spec's for pete's sake.
