For being a true rookie, Kevin is picking it up each week. His times are more competitive
conway was not faster, just had the owner's points. here's to just not losing any ground this weekend. i am surprised robby did not try to qualify the back up cr, could have bumped blaney out if he made it. the purse would have covered the entry fee. blaney usually has bad luck, let's hope it continues on sunday.
Conway's speed was faster than Toney Raines (71), Mike Bliss (55) and Jason Leffler (66)
He was only -0.787 seconds from the pole. Not bad for a guy who has never raced a Cup car at Kansas. I think KC is coming along just fine. Like TOG said, if you don't want to support KC then don't...but we don't want to hear about all your negative opinions! Robby will be back at Charlotte.
It seems they are getting a bunch of stuff worked out with the car. Had a lot of adjustments to make. KC reporting the car is still tight. After Q they replaced the steering box.
Four slowest speeds were
Mike Bliss 31.661
Kevin Conway 31.707
Jason Leffler 31.865
Tony Raines 31.870
correct, but once again KC was only 8/10's off pole time on a mile and a half. Put your ass in the seat and push the peddles if you think you can do better.
Really, that simple?Hmmmmm
its that easy, thats why there are 1,000,000 new teams starting up next year.
..
This is Crazy stuff right here. The contact patch of 4 Goodyear's + Downforce+ Power= A thin line between ripe and dead. Yup anybody can do it. What was I thinking. Hell Mike throw me the keys to your hotrod, I'm sure I could stick it in the fence-oops I mine front row..............LMAO
No RG! Go Conway Your the man in the #7 car!
i think the battle for 35th will be closer than the battle for the championship down the stretch. nascar should invite the 35th place finisher to the awards banquet to recognize him since i really think that is where the tighter race will be.

on a side note, anybody been to bangkok thailand before? i have picked this up as a new territory and plan on spending thanksgiving in shanghai and then bangkok for work. any suggestions from someone who has been there?
Best food is at the On Nut Market - cheap and tasty, across street from Tesco store. Every cabbie knows it.
