For those who may have just logged on, Robby Gordon has finished the 2010 Baja 1000 in 2nd place. The #21 of Tavo Vildosola was the winner. Robby had a broken driveshaft that costed him about 10 minutes & he believes that was the difference in the win. Congrats to the entire #1 Team Gordon SPEED Energy crew for a job well done.Thanks to all in chat who kept the updates flowing.Lets get ready for 2011 Dakar ! Stay tuned for baja 1000 photos & videos from RGM .

What an awesome job! Congrats to the team! What was he referring to in the interview about driving the truck off the road?
Just a guess... but maybe that's when the driveshaft broke.
That's what he said in an interview.Thx
not trying to hijack this but is Robby's truck 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive? Way to go Robby. Ready to get you back in the 7 car for good. It hurts everytime i see 7 conway on the grid.
@Shawn, 2wd.
thats what i was thinking. I would really like to see Robby compete in the "King of the Hammers"
Quick question; I know nothing about off-road racing. Anyone know/have a guess how much money RG won for this finish?
Not enough to cover the cost of race gas.Bragging rights really.
