RGM customer service...

I need to give a huge shout out to the customer service team at RGM... Martha in particular. I ordered my speed energy drink and a couple of RGOR stickers to go with it. Package showed up on time but didnt have all the stickers. I emailed Martha and she said she would take care of it. I got an envelope in the mail yesterday with my missing sticker, a sweet speed energy (S) sticker, and an autogrpahed 8x10 speed energy nascar picture....thats customer service!!!!!!

I didn't have any issues, besides the fact I am in Canada. Martha was great to deal with. From emails and phone calls, and shipping stuff quickly. Very impressed. THAT'S how you run a business!

I had great service also. My RGM stickers were thrown in with one of the many die cast I have ordered and the stickers got trashed, I let Martha know and they sent me extra replacement stickers, beyond what I ordered. I also got a couple extra cans of Speed Energy Drink at the trailer in Phoenix last week after buying a die cast. Great bunch of folks in there also.

I am not saying that Martha isn't great. And i am not really sure who packaged the box that was sent to me. But..... I ordered a 4 pack of each drink. It came in a 10 x 10 x 8 box. For whatever reason, they took the 4 unleaded cans out of the original box and stuck them in loose with the other 4 packs. Needless to say those 4 cans were completely beat up. There was no reason whatsoever to take them out of the original package. Anyway. they are now in the refrigerator getting cold...

I ordered the exact same thing as you and my 4 cans of Unleaded came loose as well. Back a while I read that other people who ordered the same thing (one 4-pack of each) got their cans of Unleaded loose as well. That leads me to believe that they were out of the 4-packs of Unleaded and were shipping the loose cans as a substitute. It also crossed my mind that maybe they didn't have a packing box that was the right size to fit three 4-packs and that someone made the executive decision to throw the Unleaded's in loose to save space.
