In addition to the Saturday & Sunday trophy truck races, Gordon will also compete in Friday evening's Laughlin Leap. Live video feeds & other links for the weekend are located here. How does he blow up with all the technology available? Magnaflux, rev limiters, professionals that build the motors?

He was 100-150 miles into this engine. Ouch....

Pushed really hard in Q, and then leap, and then three hard laps on that rough track is crazy stress on any motor....
