The last two years I have been dissapointed because Robby's merchandise trailer wasn't there. With the new Speed Energy advertising in full effect hopefully it will be there this year. Anybody have any word on this. Im trying to decide if I need to buy it online before I go, or if I should wait and buy it at the track.

I'm not buying this. Call Robby Gordon Motorsports, ask for Martha or Alison and they will help get you whatever you what if they can. E mail them, they are great people to work with and they will help. Yes I have and Yes they did.
So, if we start a petition, can we get Robby to both drive the race, and bring the souvy trailer to NHMS? Somehow I think not. Suck it up Daytona folks - at least you'll get to see him qualify and race - some of us won't see him at all at our local track.
Be thankful your not in the North West. We don't get shit! No 'CUP' and no off road and not even Robby showing up to ride snowmobiles for Polaris,be Thankful, I don't know that Robby's been here in a dozen years,maybe.I'm just say'n.
You said it. No Robby and no Speed. Even more so in the NW open desert. Where would we be without the internet and the Planet?
At least I got to see RG at Portland& Vancouver when he ran CART.
it is what it is...... it costs a lot of money to park a trailer for a weekend and when you don't get that money back with sales then why argue this point? now would you keep doing the same thing over and over if it doesn't make sense? c'mon people...
I agree 100%. I'm sure Robby loves his fans, but as a businessman, he's not going to bring his 'souvi' hauler to races where there is no profit or be in the red just to please a few fans. I wouldn't do it, and neither would anyone else here. It is what it is. I buy stuff from RGM on-line and that suits me just fine. I'm going to the Indy 500 this year (if Robby does) and Charlotte fall, so I'm sure between those 2 tracks I'll catch his hauler at least once.
You all want the trailer there, put up $15.000.00 and Im sure Robby will put your Co. name some were and set around and B.S. with you for 15/20 min. lol.
Let's do it. I bet between the everyone commenting on this string we could pull a few grand of donations, after all - we would do anything for him, right?
Set up some small Speed Energy kiosks in strategic spots...sell the cans ice cold and the basic shirts and caps. That will give some exposure. Try to get it in some of the stores around the track too. Might even make a few $ that way.

If the RGM on line store gets fully stocked - no one need worry about the trailer.
Already ordered my Daytona gear online. And JR Sands is right about the awesome staff at RGM. Add Jenna to the list. If they don't have an item on the shelf, they'll grab one off the trailer. I've emailed and asked about stuff I didn't see online, turned out to be a trailer item but no problem. Got it delivered to my door real fast. Great folks and personal service.

And I wonder where in Daytona you consider within walking distance. You can park at Hooters directly across from the track and it's still over two miles to the closest gate. I haven't even strolled the trailer area in some time since we usually park near the dog track. Guess it was 2009 cause Robby's trailer was there! So while I do miss the trailer at Homestead where everything is closer, my Daytona experience is never dampened by its absence. I'm usually in the Fan Zone for the Duels and get to see Robby up close. Already clad in #7s...
@vak7,say it is'nt so,planning in advance! Nooooooo.
I also think everything at Daytona is a hike.
