Robby talks about last year at Media Day

(TALKING ABOUT THE PRESSURES OF LAST SEASON WHEN MONEY WENT DRY  AND CREATING HIS OWN ENERGY DRINK BRAND TO SERVE AS HIS CAR'S SPONSOR)

 

"I will tell you and it comes across the wrong way and I know it’s going to, but last year I didn’t anticipate getting jacked out of about 6 million bucks when it was all said and done between all of my sponsors. They didn't live up to what they said they were going to do. That was really the reason to do our own program.

 

"When I mean all of them, I mean all of them. BAM, I have nothing nice to say about the them (Gordon and BAM started last year with an alliance). The guys from Extenze, I can’t believe they’re even on the race track this weekend because how do you come around and just jack two teams signed contracts and bounce checks, you just don’t do that.

 

"How do I say it? I trusted people. Then when you have agreements in place you trust them even more. I have nothing good to say about Beth Ann or Tony (Morgenthau, owners of BAM). They’re no better than the guys at Extenze. That’s what really woke me up last year. About May I was like what am I doing?''

ALL of them... Monster? Menards? Polaris? ... yikes.

BAM and ExtenZe was obvious from the law suits.

I don't believe Menards or Polaris where what Robby was referring to,as they are still with RGM.

Extenze and Conway have a lot of balls but they're all in their heads. Kevin will have no friends. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets punted.

BAM will never be on a track again.And the only place Kevin Conway and Extenze is on the 3a.m time slot that Kevin likes to embrace so much.

The headline in that article contains the words "Did You See What Robby Gordon Said?'

That's what we call a hook and if this guy played it up, hopefully other media organizations will too.
