But it does nothing to hurt it. It has no net effect on it whatsoever.
When two people are the principal parties in a lawsuit, it's generally recommended that they not even have contact... much less a physical confrontation that results in a police report against one of the parties. In a case where Extenze is trying to show that Robby does whatever he wants regardless of what's written in a contract or the potential consequences, this incident fits perfectly into their case and most definitely will be presented at some point in the court case.
I was a practicing attorney dealing with nothing but lawsuits. And yes, some of those parties were involved in criminal matters. Extenze isn't "trying to show that Robby does whatever he wants regardless of what's written in a contract." Extenze is trying to show that their interpretation of whatever clause(s) of the contract at issue is the correct one and that they did not breach the contract. Nothing more, nothing less.
Fair enough... We each have different opinions. I spent more time on the criminal side of things where character plays such a large role, so maybe that's skewing my viewpoint on things. But on the flip side, in more recent years I've been working for a company doing loss prevention and have seen plenty of cases involving personal injury and so forth. All I will say is that I've seen lawsuits in the last two years where the case swung on details that were totally unrelated to the issue at hand.
I guess it hangs on who approched who
and Exrtenze proably knew that
Robby was just " Extend" ing his fist through Conway 's face is all
never a dull moment on the Planet.

I just wish we'd turn a few more laps and get the car a little faster. We're almost 7/10ths off the pace.

maybe we should hang a Kevin Conway doll out in front of the 7
i love it
THE OLD CARROT ON A STICK TRICK
FYI: There doesn't need to be separate threads on this subject. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
It wouldnt be Vegas if the cops arent called!
