Lawsuit Dismissed...NO MERGER

Claire B Lang is reporting Robby and GEM have settled their lawsuit out of court and no merger will take place. So...what happens now??

I still would like to see Robby in a position where he can soley worry about driving the car...but what the hell huh?

That would be great. Hopefully he can get a deal like Stewart had with Gibbs. Drive the stock car and still dabble in other racing as an owner on the side.

Well, whatever happens in NASCAR, we'll still have off road he'll be racing in, so it's all good.
He'll do what's best for Robby. I think he can take care of himself and in the end, things turn out as they should, maybe not as we want them to.
