Does anyone agree with the fact that if Robby was to go off on national tv about NASCAR and their way of doing their thing that he would have been slammed with fines and or suspension?

I believe that any of the drivers should be able to speak their minds as far as if they did or did not do what they are being accused of.
I do not hold JJ accountable for bitching.
I do however hold Nascar accountable for not being fair and equal in their punishment of said bitching rants.
