Robby would have made the race on his qual time.
at least his qual time picked up over his practice time! LOL
#71 misses field, #21 is not running this week or next week at Dover.
The Germain's #13 Geico Toyota will run the full race. They are currently tied for 35th in owners points, but Germain's #60 is expected to be a S&P. My guess is the #7 will fall out of the top 35 this weekend if they S&P.

(This is not a surprise as it has been planned that the #7 team would not run all season. So please dont start freaking out when it happens as it is expected and is a reality of a part time team.)
actually, they wont...#71 missed show, #21 is not racing this week or next , thus RG needs to be 40th or better to be good for Dover next week.

people forget that because the #21 is a no show, they go to the 36th spot in owners points.
Your correct Tog! I dont know why I was not taking the #21 in to consideration that they will not be running.
So he's going to Dover!
whatever RG decides to do he will do. Whats best for him.
Oh, you mean we are all cheering that RG finishes 40th or better? That's awesome!
The #13 even missed Daytona.
the Germains have much deeper pockets to work out of.They built their primary business income many, many years ago.Germains are one of few Billionaires in stock car racing.
On the bright side, No pressure on the team in picking a pit stall.
