It would be interesting to hear if Robby might consider running the hummer in the next 500 even if he got a good draw. Guess it. All depends on the post race debrief. Gas on Robby Good run.
Wow. Made up 6 minutes in the last 60 miles. Not the result we wanted but considering the starting spot and the way the off road stuff has been going I'm happy.
I wonder how he made up 6 minutes like that. Was it the tight twisty stuff that was supposed to be good for the Hummer?
Did Robby have any flats, or mechanical issues, there seemed to be a point mid-way in the race where he was just not gaining like he was and the TT's behind him were gaining a little bit of time back.
What was Robbys overall debrief of the race? And if the rumor is - he's going to start running a Dodge, when does that begin? Is that just for Dakar or the Score Series too?
"Robby got crazy in the final turn and slid into the fence and then proceded to do about 10 donuts and then crossed the finish and drove right by sal without even stopping."
Great race by Robby and the RGM team!
Thank you TOG for the chat!
Apreciate all the the great input from Mike Kenyon, WJM, and the rest of the un-named regular postive contributers!
The Planet is awesome!
Alot of chumps out there pullin' your chain. I completely support nixing a few contributors that can't hang. I'm a major constitutionalist, but I can't stand for stupidity in the name of "free speech"! We have Darwin for that! Hang in there, and pull the plug on a few of them.
