Indefinite probation for Richard Childress?

According to a member of a Truck team who asked not to be identified, Childress took off his jewelry before approaching Busch in the garage area and struck him with his fist. The two were separated, traded insults and then Childress grabbed Busch in a headlock and struck him again before the incident was broken up.

The crew member said Childress initiated the incident.

Good for the old man, but I really wonder if he'll get the same penalty Robby got.

if RC doesn't get a big penalty, it will prove once again nascar is a joke. I think the only other person in nascar that could do what RC did was Jr. and get away with it. As for Harvick, what a turd, They call him the closer on tv now, he's another joke, He walks around like he's a big bad ass, pound for pound I would put a paycheck on it that KB could mess him up.

are you kidding me? Harvick is like one of very few drivers who are not afraid to get into a fight, he took down Edwards in the garage last year, and he's bigger than Kevin.

Kyle is a scrawny wimp who is too afraid to get involved in a fist fight.

No I'm not kidding, Harvick is a wimp that acts tough for the cameras, he',s only tough when his crew or the cameras are around. Look at a guy like Ryan Newman, he could probaby take out any driver and he doesn't act like Harvick.

Big aint' always bad. Harvick comes from Bakersfield where some of the toughest guys in the West are from, Cowboys and Oil workers. Fighting is in there genes and they don't back down.

If you noticed everytime Harvick confronts someone he has his helmet on................and RC knows KB can't do anything because of probation so he picks on KB who can't defend himself. My take is RC can't beat KB so he has to try to get him suspended. Even the dust up with the 11 car last year in the garage Harvick was trying to get to Hamlin because he couldn't beat him. "No helmet on in the garage just words"
