if they WERENT locked in, they would have PREPARED the car for 100% flat out qualifying run...Being locked in with an almost certain agenda of not racing, it doesnt matter what time you put up...

Fox tracker not even listing the 7 car, NASCAR.com tracker has car number but no driver name. Who did Robby piss off? Nevermind, shouldn't have to ask that.
