Join in and discuss all the action for the 2011 SPEED Energy Desert Challenge in UTAH. Robby Gordon is running the SPEED Energy HUMMER.

LEAP  7:00pm - 8:00pm

 

SATURDAY OCTOBER 1st

 

TT RACE 1:00pm - 2:30pm

 

SUNDAY OCTOBER 2nd

From RDC:

I was just told that racers voted to cancel, promoter had no money for the pay out and is no where to be found this morning. I also heard the RG is doing right by all of the racers that did come down helping in some way with expenses.

Wow that was quick just went to the SPEED ENERGY site and the You tube page and all is removed about the Miller event. I'd have done the same. Hope Robby catches a break soon GAS ON ROBBY!!!!

This would be an easy lawsuit to win. Collecting on anything will likely prove much more difficult unfortunately since I'm sure the promoter will claim to be bankrupt from this event.

Well Robby let this be a lesson for you in sponsoring an event. Always sponsor a race that's ran by a legit promoter like BITD or SNORE or even MORE, hell the new HDRA is shaping up to be more legit than these frauds.
