Trophy Truck spotted in Apple Valley Today?

Was driving down central road this afternoon and saw the Speed energy trophy truck coming from testing possibly? buuuuuuutt....it was GREEN?? FLORESCENT? ANY INFO?

THis truck only has 1 latch for the hood, Robby's truck has had 2 latches in the past, that and the front bumper lights look like they mount differently than in the past, I'm guessing this isn't Robby's TT.
But I could be back out in left field needing more beer.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that is not the RG TT. It actually looks like the Damen Jeffries K&N TT that was bought by a Mexican National. Other than the Superduty all of the "chase" trucks are older models.The lettering is all wrong, spacing is off. Robby's stuff is impeccable. Maybe RG and SPEED are sponsoring this truck for the Mexican market
