With all the chatter about "Ford team" about team orders and how Trevor dumped Jeff Gordon for Matt Kenseth, I am pretty sure that Trevor would have dumped Robby as well. So in hindsight, I am kind of glad that Robby's day ended the way it did or else we would be calling for Trevor's head on this website.

Trevor was the "wingman". He would have preferred to be with Jeff, but he hooked up with the less desirable Matt because he didn't want to make is friend Jack angry.
