It's a good guess that Darian would consider Penske now that Kurt is gone, but it sounds like Grubb could be considering JGR as Mike Ford was let go and Darian was seen touring JGR.

per Jenna Fryer,http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/C/CAR_NASCAR_HAMLIN_CREW_CHIEF...
JGR is at the top of the list, and team owner Joe Gibbs met with Grubb last week in Las Vegas, the day after the season-ending awards ceremony. Grubb also has toured the JGR facility.

Robby would run the #22 better than anyone else available so this wouldn't be much of a surprise if the sponsors were for it. Robby seems a lot more marketable to me than Ragan. Not to mention Robby is already on his second stint with Dodge. I doubt Kurt would start and park the 7 though it would have to be full races. Reed was pretty good getting the 7 in so he could take over if need be..

Kurt Busch is a winner. I don't care how much of an ass he is. That means nothing and should mean nothing in this sport. Look at all the great drivers that had this same mentality. Are you all saying, "fuck Dale Earnhardt?" No. I can remember dozens of times he pulled ridiculous stunts. And so on..... The guy will land a ride. I bet he lands just as good of a ride. I really doubt it's with RG. If it happened, then you all would change your tune. Everyone on this board would love KB. Give him credit. He has done far more in NASCAR than RG has and has the same attitude. They are both great drivers IMO. Shit happens.

Yeah, but Big E didn't run his mouth.......this is why Kurt Busch is out.

(Inside Dr Jerry Punchs brain while walkiing away from Kurt) "You m***a f*****, youll get yours, you wait and see".

PS, Robby in the 22 would be hot!!!!

Robby is NOT going to be in the #22, he owns RGM and the #7...the only way this could effect Robby at all would be if Dodge wanted to put more into Robby and Kez. Ragan will get his opportunity, but Kurt was the face of Dodge in the Cup series, with him gone you will see Brad getting all the exposure. However, some companies (mainly auto manufactures) don't like to mix beer companies with their ads, that's where I could see Robby having an opportunity to gain extra exposure. It's a stretch, but with Kurt out...they could turn to Robby with more Dodge appearances & stuff in 2012.

I understand that, in no way would I expect an announcement, nor would anybody else... it would still be amazing though.

Next - On to Dakar.
Let the real racing began.

Someone needs to do a backround check on the Busch boys parrents. Your not born with this attitude it is LEARNED.

Ironically before the Texas truck race Speed channel was showing that Show "The 10" and they were talking about Kurt & Kyles dad. They were praising the dad for being the kind of driver (albeit at nothing more then the Vegas local track back in the day) that would wreck you when he felt wrong and wasn't afraid to tell it how he sees it, and then the various media members they talked to said that they love both Kyle & Kurt for having that same attitude.

Which is funny because later that night Kyle did what he did and those same media members who praised him & his father for doing things like that, flipped on him.... And the same with the Kurt situation.
