STAGE 1 TRACKING

STAGE 1: Mar Del Plata > De La Pampa

Connection 763km | Special Stage 57km | Total 823km

COURSE OVERVIEW

The seaside resort of Mar del Plata brings to mind lazing around, especially after the competitors have mingled with the crowd during the public presentation ceremony on 31st December. For the short warm-up special stage, they will nevertheless be allowed to pass by the seafront, where the small dunes to be crossed will represent the first hurdle. In this simple exercise, the fastest time will establish a first winner and determine each competitor's position in the rankings. After this challenge, there will be a long liaison section to be covered to Santa Rosa de la Pampa.

yall got the tracker figured out

Robby Gordon now underway

first 8 cars wp1 hummers 1 2 robby 9s back

Wow, Says something about the combination Nasser-Hummer. Nasser 9 seconds ahead of RG. I kinda wonder what RG would think about that, RG having 6 years+ behind the wheel , nasser 20 km..

5 thru, Robby only 44 sec back of first, Nassir dropped nearly 10 min.

at the finish robby 4th 44s back 300 9+m back

9 minutes back for nasser on such a short stage will get him about midpack start for stage 2

nobody at wp1 yet even close to 9m back 300 maybe had small run off or problem getting use to the hummer must of got a good look at the boss getting it done through

312 1st provisional` slips robby back to 5th

"16:16 Cars: Are the Hummers in trouble?

Nasser Al-Attiyah and Robby Gordon's Hummers (numbers 300 and 303) are reported to have stopped on the liaison route to Santa Rosa de la Pampa. Both of them appear to have been struck by mechanical issues a few kilometres after the end of the first special. The two crews are reportedly trying to solve these hitherto unspecified problems."

What's the problem?
