Andy Grinder was Robby's navigator for the last 3-4 years

Where is this story?

On Eurosport they said Andy left the team after a big discussion with Teranova at the end of stage 4.
According to another competitor, Andy said he had never been treated as badly by anyone before as he was by his driver yesterday and just quit.

I'm thinking driver blaming navigator for being so far back.

Terranova posted this

Sorted then thanks TOG

Not so fast. This story has much more to it, including reports of a huge screaming match yesterday in the bivi. Here is just one of many reports; http://www.corsaonline.com.ar/2012/01/05/N-7653-es-una-cosa-de-loco...

Andy's Father in Law has been posting on RDC and this morning stated that he could not say much and to check Andy's facebook later. Also he knows of no family emergency at home. That part sounds like they are being PC about the how deal went down.

"Orlando Terranova is also capable of putting on a show and proved this fact yesterday with the second best time. However, his performance behind the scenes was much less glorious. After a long argument with his co-pilot in the evening, the Argentinean proved to be intransigent and inflexible, making any reconciliation impossible: “Andy Grider wasn't treated with any respect at all and he left. I've never seen anything like it; it's just crazy,” explains Jean-Marc Fortin, the Team Overdrive boss. As a result, Toyota Hilux No. 308 did not take starter's orders this morning."

Just spoke to Gini, I guess Orly was a total disrespectful dick to AG. I will say that Carlos, Myself, Gini, in 6 years at VW and all the stress etc....I never ever saw disrespect toward the Navigator EVER! The NAVI is 50% of the equation.... Pisses me off for AG, because the car is working so much better than expected, I should say it is so much more competitive than expected... was a great chance for Toyota.

Well, even after translation, it's alittle hard to follow, but suffice it to say there was a falling out.

Now way Grider wrote this. grammatics are all wrong. Prbly just signed as a release.

No way. Obviously ESL by the grammer and word selection.
