Couldn't get link to work, got it on this one. http://www.speedfreaks.tv/articles1-1827/WhatBusinessisheinReally
Also have a nice poll mentioning Robby whose at 94%, Danican't 0%
speedfreaks are big supporters of RG & this site. Looks like a rogue post.
Its the Stat Man on the SpeedFreaks website. Sounds like hes just speaking his mind.... supporter or not
I don’t know if Gordon had an illegal system on his car. The idea that putting a bolt in one end of the system disables the entire system is naïve at best. For Gordon’s sake, let’s say it’s all above board and he’s being persecuted by the authorities.
No naive is to post that without understanding what he was being accused of. The bolt completely cut off what the ASO "found".
To launch into a profane attack on anyone who’d listen is pointless. Promising to win every remaining stage then breaking down the next day is comic relief.
Seems to me he won 1 of 2 stages he was refering to and his comments were hardly pointless. Not to mention he was leading the stage he "Broke Down" by 30 minutes. Again not a break down but hey why bother when your rant fits the ASO/World press mantra. This jack arse probably has never done anthing near as difficult as any one of RG's programs yet somehow he gets a stage to vent meaningless drivel. Go find a hole and climb back in it. This will be the last I ever even think about that idiot.
I lied one more thought...
One more thing.. Nasser's 1st failure was supported by Robby. Was a RGM shakedown issue team mistake. The second was getting stuck. Not a RGM issue but a driver error. RG helped. The narative in any race or series is to save your stuff. Time your charge and then take risks. Nasser failed to do that. Reading all of RG's comments you could see that RG told Nasser to pace himself. He didn't. The team recommended an alt change... He didn't. Now should RG help him if he chose to not pay to fix his car? The team showed the 300 team how to do a field repair on the alt. He did that, fell behind and then found himself behind the 303. He drove hard and "G'd" out the 300 bending the tire rack and breaking a hose. RGM issue no. So Nasser caused his own failure. The irony is the 300 probably would have finished on the podium if the 300 paced itself after stage 3. Not a RG problem or a Hummer problem, but a Nasser problem.
RGM/Hummer fault?: NO
Sorry for the non working link I suck at this!! lol
Don'y get me started on folks who write an entire post (that story) in less time than it takes to finish a cigarette. Comical fodder nothing more, however there is a sad side to this whole thing and that being that there will be some folks that don'y know the facts or Robby Gordon very well that will read it and then have more anal fuel to run on. Job Assignment for myself to dig into this and see about a rebut and equal time to, if nothing more, help this bloke get his sand wet and blow his ego up a bit with the attention. I wonder if I should do it and if I do I'm not holding anything back. The jackasses at the Buffalo news and their F@#$%NG "syndication crying towel" I never wanted to slap grown men so bad in my life........."But Mike we can't spare the time to fact check what you've written/ want to write" the rotten sod, still owned I believe by some big Seattle (who do we know in Seattle?) news firm. Not to blow off steam but the news paper in my town is a floppy in the days of stick. Most papers are hurting but this thing miss spells the word ink if you get my drift. We should not attack speedfreaks per say but the author if at all but ...........but, that muse is blast and unfounded hear say.
