If the stories are half true what some people are willing to pay to get into the 500 and your not a fully funded team for the year, you'd be a fool not to listen.

I really don't think that Robby would offer Trevor $50k to help him in if he was just gonna turn round and sell it.. The way Robby sounded when that checkered flag waved. Sell the place? I doubt it very much!!

From the sounds of his interview, it sounded he wasn't to confident in the current engine package. It may make sense to sell the spot if he's confident the engine is not going to make it. Pure speculation based on business logic.

hell i'm still confused on how danica has enough points that she's in when that car/team didnt exist last year

Stewart-Haas struck a deal with Tommy Baldwin. The 10 has the 36's points from last year, and the 36 (TBR's second car) has the points of the 35, their second car in 2011. Reutimman is in the 10 in races Danica isn't.

I don't think I buy this. There's no logic in it for MW or RGM. Someone mentioned earlier that RG could use money from selling the spot to enter more races later in the year. Why? He's not running for the Cup. He wants to run the 'fun events.' Other than the road races and Indy, when else would RG rather run than the Daytona 500?

Secondly, why would MW pay big bucks to get in the race? He's already torn up two cars in five days, and Aaron's already has a car in the field. He obviously is only running a part-time schedule. This would be an ego-only move.

I don't see MW paying more than what RG would earn, and I doubt Mapei would take very kindly to such a move. I could be wrong, but it doesn't make sense to me.

robby always seems to run good at all the restricter plate races so i dont see him selling his seat anyways. and as for the 10 getting the points from TBR, i have always thought that that is a load of crap.
