The Racing God has been good so far. Robby is in the race because of a few lightning strikes from God. Boyers qual time DQ put him in Duel 1, he would have never made the field if in Duel 2 based on the how that race was run. Then got a wreck to get car fixed, and then another putting Mikey out. Trevor let McD pass him for insurance, which opened the door for Robby to get in transfer spot. Then Danican’t wrecks freezing the field with Robby in the transfer spot, a wreck that Robby was very close to being in himself instead of Patrick.
The Racing God has been good to the team so far, so maybe his engine will be blessed.

OK here is my take on this “On the Pole” statement.
It is perfectly acceptable in a racing discussion. How many years has being the fastest qualifier and starting the race in front been referred to being on the pole. Many major media outlets reported it that way, even after the “Chink in the Armor” incident.
Modern society has changed the meaning of many words and phrases but that should not change the original meanings. Can we now not say a driver is on the pole anymore because the urban dictionary has a different meaning for it? If a male driver starts up front can we no longer say he is on the pole, in fear of referring to him as gay? Opps, I mean homosexual, he may just be happy starting up front.
Anyone who gets offended at any sexual innuendos around Danica Patrick should blame no one but Danica herself. Just look at her sponsor ads and how she markets herself in those ads.
