LAS VEGAS REBEL GAs STATION in Tropican and Pecos has Ethanol! big cans toos my new flavor!
maybe with the CUP car parked,Robby's staff may have time to respond to inquires.Try again please (that includes myself)
First you have to put some skin in the game. Buy 5 cases of each flavor, 5 cooler barrels, and hit the 4X4 parts and accessory shops, mom & pop stores, and catering truck owners. Go to Home Depot and Lowes in the morning with a cooler and sell to the day laborors (who don't blink twice at spending $4 for a 8oz can of Red Bull at 7-11.) Build from there.
I agree with this. If one was going to start a distribution company, they need to put their $ on the table. I am sure they can purchase signs, etc. from Speed. Then, go out and knock on doors of gas stations, and anything else that might sell it. Then, build from there.
If one was starting a distribution company, the LAST product I'd sell would be the one that said I had to buy at retail, buy the coolers/signs, and then sell door to door. You'd be out of business in a month.
There are typically different levels of wholesale depending on quantities purchased. I'm sure SPEED wholesale pricing falls into this as well. It would be nice if individual stores could sign up, provide their tax ID number/resale license, and receive the nominal wholesale pricing on product initially purchased direct. If it builds from there, that store receives better pricing.
You actually don't NEED a distribution company that way, as you're selling direct to retail.
There's nothing stopping a store from buying direct from manufacturing if they purchase in volume, i.e., WalMart, Kroger, etc. that have their own warehousing and distribution networks. With the exception of in-house brands, 7-11 doesn't warehouse anything - too costly, they rely on local and regional distributors to stock the stores. For a manufacturer like Pepsi and Coke to sale direct to mom & pop stores is simply not cost efficient.
My suggestion was if someone is interested in distributing SPEED Energy, do your homework. Put together a business plan, submit a proposal, negotiate a price, lay your money down, and work hard. Business 101. No guarantees of becoming a millionaire or even a thousandaire. But if done right you could carve yourself a nice little niche and make a few bucks.
