That's what I'm thinking...

Different contracts, different schedules see it all the time.

Maybe so. But its all Polaris. If someone sued you for a deal in one hand, would that affect your desire to continue the deal in the other hand? It would be the end of my dealing with them once all contracts were over. I am not saying I know anything about right and wrong. However, I do know that when people sue each other it tends to be the end of a relationship.

Not in the business world, that is what they do. I person sues the next and so on and so forth. Look at Howard Stern suing Sirius XM, but he shows up to do his show. It is about Robby satisfying his obligation to the contract verbage. Big corporations do this all the time. But (as Howard Stern is fulfilling his obligation to Sirius XM radio), Robby is doing the right thing and fulfilling his end of the deal. It all gets sorted out through lawyers and everyone moves on, together or apart. This is what makes corporations go around.

I see it as no big deal - Just like Jonathan said.

So while this should in theory be an easy win (or out of court settlement) for Robby I've been thinking (dangerous thing for me to do, I know l0l). How are the Model Years of these RZRs done? For example "2012 Model Year" cars actually start to come out in Spring/Summer 2011

I'm thinking that if this "2012 Model Year" RZR had started it's run in 2011 then the license of the trademarks would be good for the entire "2012 Model Year" run no matter when they're made, wouldn't it?

I think they are like cars ie: the 2013s are out now

I wonder what happened with the BAM & Conway deals or Speed Unlimited from Argentina ?
