As of 12-4-12, there has been NO ANNOUNCEMENT from RGM about it's plans for the upcoming 2013 Dakar Rally. The entry list at Dakar.com is NOT the final entry list. With the rally starting in Peru ( instead of Argentina ), it's almost 3,000 miles closer than past rallies for shipping the vehicles. I believe we should hear something official very soon. Keep in mind some of Robby's 2012 Dakar plans didn't take shape until late November / early December 2011.

yes, it's very much worth it. Think about it:
Dakar highlights on NBC- Sports Network - Since RG has a relationship with them for SST, they are going to cater a TON of coverage for him. You CAN'T beat the exposure this gives him. Yes it's well worth it. The 2012 race is in the rear view.
Not to mention with social media, all the pics/vids on Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc put up by fans is essentially lifelong free advertising.
We all know the ASO runs a constipated show... and our boy RG is the Fleet enema. Go flush 'em out RG!
...I'm missing it, the difference in what?
I missed the word 'current'
@JerrDog, this was of my first lesson's from a Mr. Kenyon on how the front suspension has changed over the Dakar's....
Thanks Mike
canted radiators is 2010 and older, becouse of the King shocks, maybe Hummer #3 before it was converted back?
That 1st shot was from the 2007 African Dakar. Note the Red springs (left over from the Jim Beam era) by 2009 the springs were M____ter green. The more upright radiator also helped alot with the aproach angles in the dunes etc. The bumpers became part of the hood as well Robby spent a lot of development to lighten the Hummers to handle the more WRC style SA stages too. The 07 H3 was over complicated. Those premium members know this from the evolution of the Hummer posts.Upgrade and learn!
