What a great weekend for the SPEED Energy UTV race team. The team collaborated with fellow UTV driver Dennis Jean when his motor let loose during practice on Friday. SPEED Energy driver Sean Cook made the decision to put the team Jean number 1959 on the SPEED Energy UTV. Since Dennis is running for overall points it made sense to help him out. Dennis drove 2 Moros and Sean drove one. The team battled hard against the Monster Energy sponsored UTV owned by Jon Crowley and driven by Paul "Hollywood" Hart but in the end SPEED Energy beat out Monster Energy. Congratulations to Paul Hart who is always a hard charging competitor. The SPEED Energy street team was out in full force this weekend, SPEED Energy became a contingency sponsor for the VORRA series. SPEED Energy gave out a case of SPEED to all the class winners, they even had the chance to do a private adult sampling of the SPEED Energy bar menu for the VORRA staff, lets just say the Speedcicle is amazing! (SPEED Energy Fuel mixed with cake batter flavored vodka, delicious). As more photos come in we will be posting.
