Haven't heard anything concrete but I'd say the safe bet is Mike Jenkins brother Mark . He drove the other Pro-2 in TORC for awhile .

Stupid question...are trucks from any other series legal to run in this, or do teams have to buy/lease a SST specific truck?

Nope, the have to run 'the mostly spec' RGM truck.show up with your favorite DOT tires, shocks, your seat, suit, helmet, and magic shoe's.

I got this delivered by my emailman...I thought this was a done deal?

This is outstanding news. I guess all questions will be answered by next Friday as qualifying laps will be turned in Phoenix!

This is like a giant snowball rolling down the proverbial hill!

Adler has always liked Robby , good to see Pro-Comp hopping aboard .

Two tire manufacturers? This goes against everything NASCAR has taught us about series sponsorship.

Does a Tire Manufacture have to sign up with SST in order for a driver to run that brand tire? Because I can say Justin Lofton runs General Tire on his off-road program and I would assume like RG and Toyo Lofton will be running General in the SST series.

From I have read you can run any manufacture DOT tire, but I would not be surprised if their was some fine print where that manufacture has to sign up or buy in to the series.

Or maybe, just maybe, Pro Comp thought SST is something they want to be a bigger part of without the cost of becoming an 'exclusive' sponsor/supplier. Nah...that's just crazy talk.
