Pistol Pete continues to make negative remarks about the racing going on. I guess he is so use to sitting in his Trophy Truck seat and watching all the race trucks and cars go by him that he doesn't find this very exciting.

Matney wins the LCQ and Laguna, Kimbell, and Jenkins advance to the main. Arie Jr. and Nick Baumgartner go home. Top 4 come to the finish within 1.3 seconds apart.
