Again today I have the 88 shirt on but that's how i am to people i like. I like him and i no he's not ROBBY and that's ok. theres the 29 9 58 78 18 31 27 C an't even think n3 with out breaking down. 7 db 11 14 15 88 on and on so i still watch. 42 39 rn ................10....yes her to.

Do like I do don't root for the manufacturer not a driver . I usually just pick whichever Ford driver is highest qualified .

So let get me this straight ....the truck race at Eldora is "NOT" a NASCAR race. Okay I feel better now.

I'd like to see Robby Gordon get some manufactuer involvment in this series.

Nascar?

I think Hanko was referring to SST and if he was I agree.

if John might SST. I would disagree if it was THE.As it stands now with the Traxxas grille,the SST's don't violate any drivers manufactures contracts.Being tied to a manufacture means your beholding to that manufacture. Again it's an A or THE thing.If they agree to being A series sponsor is good,THE would be bad.Inclusive vs exclusive.IMO

I was thinking more along the line of whomever the driver wants to bring along. Nothing exclusive. For example, if RobMac and Dodge wants brand identity they could have the grill/fenders changed with decals and such (although that may take away from the Traxxas identity). Even Traxxas themselves make cars with a brand identity... but I get ya MK about the exclusive Vs. inclusive.. you got the bucks then come and play!

what motors are the trucks using now?

Chevrolet LS's
@Kevin,are you think'n COT/Gen 5ish grille sticker packages? ;-)

As soon as have manufacturers involved it suddenly becomes real political, real fast, and very, very expensive to govern. Every manufacturer as only one goal; find a competitive advantage. Whether that advantage is under the hood, in the rule book, or a political advantage it becomes cumulative over time and with a new series it's a death nail.

I totally understand fans want to root for "their brand" but the Brand is Stadium Super Trucks, the series. SST is in many ways pioneering new territory that goes against the grain of what we as race fans have become accustom to.
