Brakes are the issue. they put too tight of a pad on.

dragging brake pads is the cause, just great.

may work out in the end when he needs to dive in deep.

Problem is the brakes, brake pads too thick, I don't get it, but thats what they determined...

If the pads are too thick, they will be dragging on the rotors even when the brakes are not applied by the driver, thus slowing the car down on the straight aways...
