speed was still on the back of it an someone said speed body was being repaired i seen a youtube video like 2 weeks ago still as the speed truck so dont know i think that ship has passed but dont know

That's monster mutt . It's based on a 49 Merc body . There's a few different versions of it ,regular monster mutt , monster mutt Dalmatian , and monster mutt Rottweiler
