Homestead Practice & Qualifying Chat

Well, Homestead is the final Nascar race of the year and it is a big race for Robby to stay locked in the top 35 ,giving him spots for the first five races of 2009. Practice and qualifying are both on Friday and can be seen on Speed TV and ESPN2. Also, live tracking at nascar.com and Fox Sports FOXTRAX in the nascar section. Give us your thoughts before,during and after the ontrack events on Friday.

The #47 was the slowest cat apart from POS (who hit the wall). If Robby can just keep a clean car he MUST be ok as far as points go on sunday.

Told you guys, Top 15.

RGM's problem is having to work on the car too early in the race. If they can work on long race runs during Happy Hour, they should have a great car this weekend.

Props to the guys at the shop, this team has shown a lot of improvement these last couple of weeks.

Just a great qualifying effort today by RG . He was on the bit the entire lap, and went for the pole,just not a safe lap.
